What the Course Includes:
Session 1:
- Skills needed for the WNY Film, Television, and Commercial Market
- The audition process
- Important terminology of the industry
- Developing talent resumers
- Talent headshots – Do’s and Don’ts
- HW – Commercial scripts, and scenes given
Session 2:
- On Camera appearance (hair, makeup, clothing, colors)
- How to approach your scripts
- Self-taping – Crucial for today’s talent market
Session 3:
- On camera performances and critiques
- Meet and Greet with Casting Buffalo representative
Each session runs 1.5 hours
Tuesday evenings
6:30pm – 8:00pm
Class size: 6 – 8 participants (first come, first serve)
